• In order to provide equipment which is safe and effective, we need some personal information from you, primarily contact details and sufficient general knowledge about your disability to tailor the equipment to your individual needs.
  
  
• We record only this necessary information, and within Lindap make it available only to those directly concerned with your case.
  
  
• We do not share it with anyone else, except occasionally a health professional who is helping you and whose expertise we may need to rely on.
  
  
• We do not use your information for any other purpose.
  
  
• We store the information as securely as practicable.
  
  
• We will normally retain it for as long as the equipment supplied remains in use.

You have rights to ask us what information we hold about you, to update or delete it, and to restrict our use of it.  Please contact us if you wish to discuss or exercise these rights.
